Join us for an afternoon bathed in sacred sound, ritual, and luminous resonance. On this day, we gather in the liminal space between worlds

~ a place where breath meets spirit ~ to clear, align, and open to the unseen, the whispered, and the possible.

“Sound is the cradle of spirit. Here we journey through tone, pulse, incense, and the breath of mystery.”

You’ll be enveloped in a ritual soundscape woven from crystal and metal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, shamanic drumming, an ocean drum, and a pyramid, all guided by the sacred smoke of Palo Santo and grounded intention. Each vibration invites the body to soften, the mind to quiet, and the heart to return to its natural rhythm of peace.

In some traditions, November 8 is honored as an angelic day~a time to connect with guidance, protection, and higher light. Together we’ll call in those healing frequencies, letting sound become our bridge between earth and the divine.

Yoga mats will be provided, but please bring anything else you need for your cocoon of comfort ~blankets, pillows, or anything that helps you completely relax and escape for this hour of sound and stillness
