Moon Phase Yoga is a weekly community class designed to align body, breath, and spirit with the natural rhythms of the moon. Each session honors a different lunar phase: New Moon, Waxing Gibbous, Full Moon, and Waning Gibbous, inviting participants to embody the energy of each cycle through mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation.
Rooted in reverence for Earth’s cycles, this class encourages self-reflection, release, and renewal, cultivating a deeper connection between personal rhythm and the natural world.
Accessibility & Community Focus
This is a community-centered class with a sliding scale payment structure ($5–$35), ensuring accessibility for all. No prior yoga experience is required—each class offers modifications for all levels. Participants are encouraged to bring their own mat and water.
Mission & Intention
Moon Phase Yoga is led by Dr. Megan Brock, aka Maven, a physical therapist, certified yoga teacher, herbalist, and member of the yoga alliance. Moon Yoga seeks to nurture collective well-being by reconnecting individuals to the rhythms and cycles of our special planet. Through movement, mindfulness, and lunar awareness, participants are invited to find balance, empowerment, and community support in a space welcome to all experience levels.
