A 90-minute gathering of movement and sound. We begin by setting intentions, then move through gentle, intuitive flows to create spaciousness within the body, before surrendering to the healing frequencies of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls.

This is a container to release and reconnect, to acknowledge the capacity of our bodies in the now and the wild within. In community, we practice solidarity, nourishment and rest, movement and expression, saying no and saying yes, and listening deeply, so we may flourish together.
