Wonder - An Immersive Sound Bath with Linda Rogers

Life gets noisy. Our attention is constantly being pulled in a hundred different directions, and it's easy to forget what it feels like to simply be present.

This experience is an invitation to step away from all of that for a while. Through immersive sound, vibration, and moments of quiet, you'll have the chance to put the outside world on pause and experience what unfolds when there's nothing you need to do except receive.

Every person experiences it a little differently, and that's one of my favorite parts. Some people notice the sound in a whole new way. Others become aware of subtle sensations they hadn't noticed before. Whatever your experience is, it will be uniquely yours.

After the sound bath, there will be an optional time for tea and connection, a chance to gather in community, share your experience, or simply sit quietly in the energy of the evening. Each guest will receive a small grounding stone to take home.

Mats, blankets, and pillows will be provided, and you’re welcome to bring anything additional that will help you feel comfortable, as you’ll be lying down for the duration of the session.
