Join us for an exploration of Aphrodite through a gender expansive lens. Drawing inspiration from historical traditions, modern scholarship, and contemporary queer spirituality, we'll reimagine Aphrodite not only as a goddess of love and beauty, but also as a figure of transformation, self-creation, and resilience.

Together we'll discuss these perspectives, create a collective spell for trans resilience and joy, and explore magical practices that cultivate gender euphoria, authentic self-expression, and community care. Participants will also leave with ideas for personal gender magick they can incorporate into their own spiritual practice.

In a time when trans communities continue to face significant challenges, this workshop offers space for affirmation, empowerment, and magical action alongside the many forms of advocacy and care already happening in our communities.

Teacher bio: Quill Hogan is a queer and trans witch who has been practicing primarily Celtic-inspired witchcraft since 2020. Their practice centers collective liberation, relationships with trees and local plants, and ethical hedonism. Aphrodite is their patron deity, whose guidance weaves through much of their magical work alongside the companionship of their feline familiar, a sweet tabby named Ace.
