As the Wheel Turns: Daughters of Ra
Saturday, September 19th from 7:30pm to 9:30pm
General Admission: $35
At the Autumn Equinox, we stand at the turning of the Wheel, where light and darkness meet and the world reminds us that no single way of being can carry us through every season.
Join us as we honor the ancient Egyptian goddesses Bastet, Sekhmet, and Hathor, while we journey from innocence to fierce protection, from righteous anger to consuming rage, and finally back toward compassion, joy, and renewal. Through their story, we will explore the many faces we carry within ourselves: the part that plays, the part that protects, the part that burns, and the part that knows how to soften again.
This is a ritual of balance, not sameness. Of honoring our anger without allowing it to consume us, protecting our tenderness without allowing it to disappear, and remembering that compassion must extend inward as well as outward. As the Wheel turns, we will consider what it means to care for ourselves, tend our own fire, and find our way back to the center.
