Winter Solstice Sound Ceremony & Cacao Ritual

The longest night of the year invites us inward. As the veil of winter softens the world around us, we gather in sacred community to honor the Solstice ~ a time of deep rest, inner hibernation, and powerful renewal.

For centuries, cacao has been used in ancient traditions as a heart-opening plant ally… a way for witches, healers, and earth-tenders to soften the edges, awaken intuition, and slip more easily into the realms within. On this longest night, we’ll sip ceremonial cacao with intention~ letting this sacred plant guide us into our own inner winter, the place where seeds of new beginnings quietly take root.

You’re invited to bring an intention for this turning of the wheel ~ something you’re ready to nurture in the quiet of winter. The cacao will gently open the heart and help you connect more deeply with whatever you’re choosing to call in as the light begins its return.

From here, we drop into a soundscape designed to carry you even deeper: the shimmering resonance of crystal bowls, the elemental presence of koshi chimes, the grounding heartbeat of shamanic drumming, the gentle tides of the ocean drum, the crystalline clarity of the pyramid, and the cleansing smoke of palo santo.

Together, these vibrations create a sanctuary of sound and stillness~ a place to rest, release, and receive.

Yoga mats will be provided, but please bring anything else you need for your cocoon of comfort, blankets, pillows, or anything else that helps you completely relax and escape for this sound and stillness~ And above all, bring your beautiful soul ~ open, willing, and ready for receiving.
