Honoring the full moon, this is a 30-minute gathering of sound. We begin by setting intentions, then surrender to the healing frequencies of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls.

This is a container to release, receive, rest and reconnect, to acknowledge the capacity of our presence in the now and the wild within. In community, we practice solidarity, saying no and saying yes, and listening deeply, so we may flourish together.
