Reading of the Week - September 11, 2022

It's time for our Community Reading for the Week! This time we asked Iris from our Portland store to share her insights on what is in store for us in the week ahead. This reading starts today (Sunday, September 11th) and runs through the end of the week. She is using The Wild Unknown Tarot for this week's reading.

What do we need to know now?
XIX The Sun

The sun asks us to seek joy. Not to paper over our sorrows and our griefs, but to find the golden light of truth/relief/ecstasy/joy. That relief and release of autumn, when the sun finally relents, and the rays of light are more gentle. (literally, we hope). The angle of light shifts and falls on our troubles in a way that might give a little comfort. Maybe, for some of us, there's even a solution. Please remember to look for instances of bliss, of lightness in your spirit.

Please remember that we heal best when we rest, when we feel secure in our boundaries and therefore our safety. Take the moments of joy/ecstasy/relief/truth as your opportunity for renewal. Your happiness is a kind of medicine that you need. Now.

Besides being a talented reader, Iris also hosts the monthly on-line Tarot Salon to help others learn about the Tarot and how to read cards for themselves and others.

The next session is happening this week on Wednesday, September 14th.
